Carriers charge on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric (kg) = L×W×H (cm) ÷ 5000 for air/express.
Currency, hazardous goods without declaration, weapons, perishables without certification and items restricted under Indian export law cannot move as standard cargo.
Allow one transit cycle for the next scan. If still static after 24 hours, share your tracking number and we will trace it with the carrier.
